What have you done to your Elgrand today?

I took mine for a test drive after fitting an Airlift 1000 kit. Big thanks to @Andy916 for his how to guide. I used a hot bucket of water to make the bags more malleable and used @spuddyo top tip to drop the spring down for more space.

Rear has been raised by 10mm @30psi and it drives much better now.
@johno_78 where did u buy airlift kit from and what was price , I’ve been promising myself it for about 2 years

Today, the Mrs decided she wants a proper pull out bed. So removed the rear seats and started building a rear boot jump style box frame which will be a pull out bed and have drawers/storage underneath.

Kinda winging the design so fingers crossed it turns out okay...

It will be the mirror rocker switch (on right side of dash just past steering wheel on mine)

Let us know how you get on. Good luck :)

Fitted non slip rubber mats to sliding doors, still not 100% sure on how they look, but they do the job, specialy for the grand kids. Here are some pix of my rider, anyone have any info on my wheels, they’re 19” and there’s an embossed signature on one of the spokes that I can’t read.

Just done this.. Ffs..

Did it on my way to dropping it off at the garage, atleast they can take a look at it while it's in but I'm pretty sure it's snapped.

Brilliant, your Wife wants something so you jump straight on it (the job not the Wife)
Quality. Good on you.

I only got as far as building a small frame and then ran out of wood and the shops were closed.

I'm one of those, I'll start something straight away but may be a while before I get it finished haha 😂

I've fitted front door speakers too, I got some Alpine SXE-1725s( coaxial 2-way, 220w max. 40 w rms), and can highly recommend them, just got to get the courage to do the rears as its a more challenging job to do, as best to remove seats !!!!

what are the standard Elgrand speakers like ? rubbish or bearable ?

Just spent 2hrs polishing 2 side panels and the tailgate. Blazing hot sun so could only do shady side , I'm now knackered time for a reward .🍻😎👍
