I actually have my own commercial bouncy castle lol, Kenzie u never cease to amaze me ms Poppins...

We had 1 a few years back but it broke so binned it as at the truck shows was costing me less to buy a bouncy castle than paying for 4 kids to have 5 mins each for 4 days

Too right, only reason I bought it was for my daughter's and granddaughters birthdays (and for the wife and to get foamed up lol) paid for itself in six months
 
All sounding great for 2023. Remember the 6 Ps (prior planning prevents piss poor performance) leader leads and delegates which saves you from drowning in the admin and organisation.

@Karl I take it this means you’re not getting rid of Kumo. Glad to see you’ve got back into it and the step back has relit your fire.

Also not to send this thread off kilter but @WhatsThisFor please stand for PM, you’d get my vote. No matter how bad a day I’m having your posts always make me laugh, even when your not being your witty self.
 
I have been a member of other various groups/forums and hand on heart can say this is the most helpful friendly one that I'm glad to be a member of... glad to hear you've got your mojo back @karl😁
 
Sounds good to me. Was thrilled to find such an active forum based community as I thought they had died out years ago !

Facebook groups… as convenient as they are just lack structure and archival qualities which really is a shame because so much information will be lost.

Best of luck with your plans but hey, you’re running a stellar ship as is 👍🏻

So why am I putting this here before I've had a chance to talk to the rest of the admin team you may wonder? Well... because I'm too busy right now to get into that conversation and I don't want to put it off. This happens all the time, the fire ignites and I get lost in life until it goes out and nothing gets done. So by putting this here, I am making sure that the fire keeps burning.

I want YOU, yes YOU, the one reading this message, to remember that this post is here and hold me accountable if you don't see anything happening. ​

I poured my heart and soul into this club. I gave it 200% every day for years until I burnt out and just stepped back. But I need to regain that passion, and with the assistance of the team and all of the members here we are going to start making things happen.

Thanks to all those at Yakushi who came and reminded me exactly why I gave so much for so long. It's time to re-light that fire and get things moving again!

BRING ON 2023!

Talking of bell ends, I’m still lurking on the forum. Noticed recently that someone who was in remission is having a few flare ups again as well…
